Computer scamers- re. microsoft lic. for my computer has expired. to renew i had to pay them.

it is an insurance company, i went online to look for rates, put my # down and they have called me everyday for a week, three times a day, even when i answered and told them to stop calling, that i would call them back.

He says that you signed up for your own website, not true. Tell him to take your name off his list.

4 calls to my office today without leaving a message. Can't even call the nimber back.

Got a recorded message on my answering machine last night: "You have won a prize, blah blah, press 1 to accept". Tried to dial this number this morning but it was listed as disconnected. Probably a run-of-the mill phone scam. For the record: I live in St. John's, Newfoundland. I have a land line with Bell Aliant and an UNLISTED phone number, but that's not much defense against automated diallers..............

Called my cell phone 8 times in one day. Never left a message. I didn't answer as I was at work. No message, no return call. And seriously, 8 times? What are they thinking? Even if it is a legit caller, 8 times is over the top.

It was a lady calling about a doctor bill that medicaid hasn't payed yet!!

They call my home 3x's daily, I answer, the other end of the line is not silent, yet, no communication. almost as if you are on hold, w/o the music or adds. Very frustrating!
